We manage the full on-site lifecycle of your exhibition structure or temporary installation. Our teams handle erection, layout, and complete dismantling post-event, leaving the venue clean and your assets accounted for.
We coordinate the movement of materials, structures, and finished builds across South Africa. Our transport solutions are planned around your event deadlines and site access constraints.
A single point of contact manages your project from brief through to handover. We track timelines, manage suppliers where required, and report progress at agreed intervals. You stay informed without having to chase.
We bring the same artisan standards from our commercial work to private residential renovations. Whether it is a kitchen refit, a custom bathroom, built-in joinery, or a full interior refresh, we deliver to the same specification. We also work on student accommodation builds and managed residential properties.
A&L Projects was founded in Cape Town on a simple principle: the quality of a build reflects the character of the people behind it. Over 25 years, that principle has driven every exhibition stand, shopfit, and renovation we have delivered.
We are not a management company that subcontracts work. We are builders. Our team of artisans, carpenters, metalworkers, and project managers are permanently employed, trained in-house, and accountable to the same standards on every project.
Our team is present on-site throughout every phase of a project. We do not manage from a distance or hand over to a subcontractor on delivery day. If something needs to be solved, we are there to solve it.
Every artisan skill required to complete your build is employed full-time within our company. This means tighter quality control, shorter lead times, and a team that has worked together long enough to anticipate problems before they arise.

All projects are subject to a signed agreement before work commences. Payment terms are 50% deposit on acceptance, 50% on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. A&L Projects retains rights to project photography for portfolio use unless otherwise stipulated.
A&L Projects allows one major change and two minor changes once the design process has begun. Changes beyond this will be scoped and quoted separately. No changes to approved designs will be implemented without written confirmation.
All complaints must be submitted in writing to info@alwp.co.za within 48 hours of project completion. We commit to acknowledging all complaints within 2 business days and resolving them within 10 business days.
